About Northside Services: In 1980, William A. Harre, Jr. founded the small business that would become Northside AC & Electrical Services, Inc. Initially running his company out of his garage with an old pickup truck, Bill was looking for a way to supplement his income in order to give his two children a better education.

Once his children graduated from college, Bill took a few years off to spend time with his family. It wasn’t long before Bill’s son, Brian, decided to bring the business back. Brian established Northside AC & Electrical Services, Inc. in 1997 on the foundation of his father’s hard work and humble principles.

At Northside, we are proud to be trustworthy service providers for your AC, heating, plumbing, efficiency, and home health needs. The services we provide are rooted in our deep-seated desire to serve customers for life. We go above and beyond your expectations, focusing on genuine customer satisfaction and holding our team to a higher standard with each passing year.

As Northside blooms into a larger organization, we will remain an integral part of our Tampa Bay community. Our expansion provides new opportunities to give back to the neighbors who have enabled us to prosper.
