Northside air conditioning has just put a new unit in our home. From the very beginning when Mike came out to check our old unit he couldn't have been more professional and nice the two young men that came yesterday to put in our new unit Amauri and Austin were extremely professional nice and courteous from the moment they walked until the moment they left. I've had plenty of work done in my lifetime in my home and have never had such a great experience from the beginning to the end. Northside I'm not surprised you have so many stars. I will certainly recommend you to all my friends thank you for making my house more comfortable

I contacted 3-4 AC Repair companies after 9pm on a weekday, and Northside was the first to return my call. Thank you very much for coming out quickly to my home to diagnose my AC issue, quickly estimate a replacement cost, and scheduling services timely. I met about 5 different employees, and they were all nice hardworking gentlemen. We had our entire HVAC system replaced and Aeroseal installed. It was definitely a process over 2 separate visits, but I feel our house has better airflow now and we are sleeping better. :)
Unfortunately they did have to reschedule my 2nd visit and did not give me adequate notice, so I'll admit that was frustrating for me personally. But in the end, knowing I trust their services, I'd hire them again. We also got fantastic interest free financing (I assume you have to qualify), which is THE BEST way to purchase a new HVAC system! Thanks guys!

Jason has a very warm personality. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I had to call his company because I got a new refrigerator and was told they could not install it because I had a frozen valve which Jason came out and discovered that there wasn't anything wrong with the valve and that the company that delivered my refrigerator were just lying and lazy. Jason thank you so much, it is nice to see that there are still some honest people working in these companies especially being female. So if you want the job done right do not call Ralph's Transfer Co. and their supervisor Noel Soreno was also very rude.

Air has stopped running. Your sticker was on the inside unit in the garage.
System has a Sensi thermostat that may be suspect.
Maytag heat pump. Both inside and outside units are approx 2 years old. Please call.

This evening Brian came to our house on an emergency service. He was very professional and very informative. I trusted what he said so much so that I ended up purchasing a new AC unit while he was here. After thinking about it more and doing more research, I feel that I was quoted at a premium for the same AC unit that others get for approximately $6,000 just because I need it quickly. I am very concerned about the $10,000 price tag for the unit quoted to me. Additionally I did not receive any documentation when he left so I don’t know exactly what I am getting for the quoted price.
I would appreciate a call back ASAP regarding the install that is supposed to happen tomorrow.

Hello. I'd like to schedule the "Extra Mile" A/C tune-up special that Northside is offering at this time. I would also like to request a senior technician for this visit, please. Actually, "Mike", if possible. If you check our records, you'll see that we had Northside Services inspect our system last year on June 1st. However, the two gentlemen who performed the inspection (and replaced the capacitor) missed checking the ductwork and performing the differential test. These points were supposed to be part of the overall inspection checklist. After we inquired about why these tests were not performed, Mike was dispatched to complete them. He was excellent in his skill and professionalism. If he is unavailable, another senior tech is preferable.
