Northside Services, both Chris and Edwin came on time. They kept me totally informed as what they were doing and why. Both were totally professional with the installation of my new unit. I would recommend this company and team to anyone who is need of service or considering replacing their current system. They made the total process very easy.

I call yesterday and left a message. No one called me back. So, I am sending this, hoping someone will call me. At 10 a.m. this morning, the inside temp was 80. There has been NO cooling by AC since last SUnday. You guys have been out here every day but the weekend (no problem). Gary said you guys will be here Monday to put in a new register, but I am not sure how that will give us cold air we have not gotten yet. It seems the solutions have not worked yet. The lowest the temp inside has gone down to is the coldest it has been outside - mid 70s. But, with the AC on full blast, it just keeps going up all day long. Even with the overcast days we have had, it has gotten tinto the mid 80s. No cooling whatsoever. Just wanted this added to the information for the work they will be doing on Monday. There is still no cooling.
