Can you do AC maintenance on Wednesday between 12-2 ?
1) You also have my wife's name in your system Sheri LaMar sheryl.lamar@gmail.com 813.918.9385 2) If possible, we would like to request the same technician who was last dispatched to our home right after the most recent cold spell. 3) Our Trane A/C system is mechanically working but is just blowing out air from the ducts that is the same as the ambient temperature of the home (not cooling). It is as if there is no freon in the system. 4) Our Trane system is also making "rapid/frequent " clicking noises. It primarily happens when the system is trying to get started. 5) We would like to schedule the onsite technician's appointment for Wednesday, February 21, 2018 when Sheri has the day off from work. If at all possible, Sheri prefers it being the technician's first appointment. 6) If possible, we would also like to have the annual preventative maintenance service conducted if the technician is in agreement due to the age of our Trane system which was installed when the house was initially built back in 1994.
